Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain Ford automobiles and trucks, including both gas and diesel engine systems
- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with our Service Team regarding vehicle conditions and recommended repairs
- Keep detailed records of work performed and parts used
- Adhere to safety standards and company policies at all times
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience working on Ford vehicles with gas and diesel engines
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of automotive repair techniques and tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical publications and diagrams
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and relevant certifications (e.g. Ford certifications preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
