Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: sourcing candidates, assist in conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.
- Attract qualified candidates for different positions within the company.
- Administer onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide basic HR-related information.
- Collaborate with management to address employee performance and conduct issues.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement programs.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops for employees.
- Stay updated on best HR practices and employment laws.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR generalist or similar role.
