About the Position
All American Fence is seeking a reliable and organized Office Receptionist to support daily office operations and deliver excellent customer service. This is a fully onsite role and a key position within the company.
This is a front-office role that requires continuous coverage during business hours. The successful candidate must be dependable and able to consistently work their full scheduled shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls via Google Voice, direct inquiries, and take messages for administrative, service, and sales teams
- Greet visitors and customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Gather customer information and understand fencing project needs
- Maintain accurate records and update customer information in JobNimbus CRM
- Receive and manage deliveries throughout the day
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document organization
- Utilize Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) for scheduling, communication, and documentation
- Coordinate and schedule customer appointments
- Handle basic office correspondence via phone, email, and mail
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office environment
- Run materials to job sites as needed
- Perform additional duties to support office and business operations

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)
- Experience with JobNimbus or similar CRM software is a plus (training provided)
- Comfortable using Google Voice for phone communication
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Professional, positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed
