Fence Installer
Flint, MI | Full-Time | $18–$25/hr
All American Fence is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who want more than just a job — we’re looking for people interested in building a long-term career in the fencing and construction industry.
This is a full-time, daytime position working outdoors in physically demanding conditions. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, and available to work full-time Monday through Friday.
What You'll Do
- Install wood, vinyl, chain link, and aluminum fences
- Load and unload materials
- Dig post holes and mix concrete
- Operate power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Follow directions and communicate with the crew
Requirements
- Experience using power tools is required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Full-time daytime availability required
- Able to perform physical outdoor labor in various weather conditions
- Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented
- Valid driver’s license required
- Construction or fencing experience is a plus

Schedule
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
40 hours per week (hours may vary seasonally)
