Duties
- Assist experienced plumbers with installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely to cut, assemble, and install pipes and fixtures
- Support pipe threading, fitting, and soldering tasks under supervision
- Participate in site preparation activities such as measuring, carpentry work, and layout planning
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times
Experience
- No prior professional experience required; however, familiarity with construction or handyman work is a plus
- Basic understanding of construction sites and safety procedures preferred
- Knowledge of construction plumbing or related fields such as remodeling or maintenance is advantageous
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, drills, or saws preferred
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for precise installations
