As our Service Advisor, you’ll be the link between our valued customers and skilled technicians—making sure every repair runs smoothly and every customer leaves satisfied.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service throughout the repair process

• Communicate vehicle needs, recommendations, and timelines clearly and professionally

• Write and manage repair orders with accuracy and detail

• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely workflow and updates

• Handle phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage follow-ups

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment

Qualifications:

• Previous service advisor or customer service experience (automotive/diesel preferred)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Basic understanding of vehicle systems (diesel knowledge is a big plus)

• Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn

• Proficiency with computers and shop management software (or ability to learn quickly)
