What You'll Do:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer service calls and schedule appointments
- Accurately estimate costs and completion times for service/repairs
- Coordinate with technicians and ensure work is completed to satisfaction
- Communicate updates to customers and recommend additional services as needed
- Ensure customer satisfaction by getting it right the first time
- Maintain strong follow-up and documentation
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in automotive service
- Industry experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Upselling or retail sales experience is a plus
- Must be computer literate and organized
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays
