Scheduling and dispatching drivers, work crews, vehicles or equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needsRelaying information such as work orders or other messages to and from work crews, field inspectors, supervisors or emergency personnelUsing telephones, two-way radios or text messages to contact employees or emergency personnelSpeaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems, requests for services or equipmentPreparing daily work such as schedules, ordering labor, making sure proper equipment is available for drivers to usePreparing work orders for crew or receiving work orders from work crewsKeeping and organizing work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, inventory records and other informationComplete work tickets for drivers on a daily basisEnsure all work tickets are returned and filled out properly All orders requested via email are to be sent a response with confirmation Answer all emails in a timely mannerMatch all tickets with labor tickets and verify against driver logNotify customer immediately of any missing equipmentCall Power Company Foreman’s to confirm jobs for following day/week Make all tickets for following day and put in drivers box outside Inform workers of type and location of work to be performed and dispatch workers to jobRespond to emergency issues pertaining to jobs in a timely manner, coordinating with the GM (may fall outside of regular business hours)Company reserves the rights to add or change duties at any time
