If you can diagnose issues quickly, communicate well with homeowners, and lead installs without constant hand-holding—we want to talk.
What You’ll Be Doing:
· Diagnose and repair residential/light commercial heating & cooling systems
· Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish
· Install furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, boilers, and more
· Create proposals/invoices on an iPad
· Help customers understand repair vs replacement options
· Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
· Drive a company-provided vehicle to job sites
· Train/support junior installers or helpers as needed

What We’re Looking For:
· Minimum 2 years HVAC field experience
· Strong service diagnostic skills
· Experience leading residential installations
· Comfortable speaking with homeowners
· Valid driver’s license clean driving record
· Maryland Journeyman License preferred (not required for the right candidate)
