-Bid and manage GC (General Contractor) projects
-Price and estimate commercial and residential fence jobs
-Perform takeoffs from plans and drawings
-Generate accurate material lists based on project drawings
-Prepare and send detailed quotes to clients
-Develop and generate new commercial business opportunities
Qualifications:
-Experience in construction sales, fencing, or related industry preferred
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project drawings
-Strong estimating and takeoff skills
-Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Salary : $75,000 - $150,000
