- Negotiate terms and close sales deals confidently while maintaining a customer-centric approach
- Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on leads generated through campaigns and outreach efforts
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions within CRM software to support ongoing business development efforts
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technology sales is highly desirable
