All Access supports tours throughout the year, and we are seeking to expand our network of pre-qualified and talented individuals who are interested in filling Touring Carpenter positions as they arise. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate within standard operating and safety procedures
- Develop a thorough knowledge of electro-mechanical equipment specific to the production in order to operate it safely
- Successfully operate the control console in a safe and consistent manner as required by production for performances, artist training and maintenance operations for the duration of the company’s portion of the tour
- Inspect and maintain the electro-mechanical equipment, ensuring show readiness and safety by performing maintenance on equipment as needed
- Track of inventory of spare parts and supplies
- Maintain a safe working environment by following all established safety policies and procedures
- Working knowledge and experience with industrial machines, motors, gearboxes and related tools, including uses, repair, and maintenance
- Working knowledge of AC\DC theory and electrical safety
- Clean and neat appearance
- Some touring or event production experience required
- Strong verbal communication skills and professionalism mandatory
- Proficiency with basic tools
- Basic computer/smartphone literacy
- Willing to travel extensively in the US and internationally
- OSHA 10 certification a plus but training and certification will be provided
- Strong adherence to safety standards

- Regularly required to talk and hear
- Visual abilities include close vision and the ability to focus
