All Access Rigging Company, located in Chester, MD is seeking qualified Driver/Operator candidates to join our dynamic and growing Bridge Services and Specialty Contracting Company.
All Access Rigging is a leading provider of bridge access equipment, safety boats, aerial lifts, scaffolding and rigging services for departments of transportation, utility, gas, and oil pipeline companies, and multidisciplinary engineering and contracting companies performing bridge inspections, construction and maintenance.
The Driver/Operator position requires driving under-bridge inspection equipment to project locations throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast, and operating the equipment to maneuver occupants into position to inspect or work on the structure. The Driver/Operator will also be responsible for keeping daily driving and work logs, performing daily cleaning and light maintenance on the equipment, and maintaining a safe working environment. All Access provides on the job training and operator certification for its employees, as well as relevant OSHA and job specific safety certifications.
Starting Wage: $29 (based on experience) per hour plus daily per diem
Mandatory Job Requirements:
CDL, current class A/B
Ability to diagnose and repair light mechanical and electrical issues
Strong work ethic/self-motivated with strong safety standards
Ability to work at elevated locations with no fear of heights
Ability to stand, bend and sit over extended periods of time. Ability to lift over 40lbs
Ability and willingness to travel away from home for extended periods of time
Ability to operate mobile elevated platforms
21 years or older
Desired Work Experience:
Mechanical background
Heavy equipment/hydraulic experience
Construction trade specific to bridges
Aerial lift experience
Work Hours: Day, night, and occasional weekends. Extensive overnight travel required.

Pay: From $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
