Tech Pack Coordinator - WM Sales

Responsibilities:   Work as a liaison between sales, design and production to ensure clear and accurate information on all styles in development / production.  

Responsible for the shipment of all development samples to the customer, as well as maintenance and organization of all corresponding details/information.   

Duties: 

1. Responsible for the creation of detailed and accurate technical packages for both costing and production.  
2. Follow procedures and practices for accurate tech pack creation.
3. Assist with troubleshooting and providing solutions for any non-conforming events that arise.
4. Share ideas for growth and improvement of the Tech/Design/Production Teams.
5. Assist Sales & Production in making any technical changes to styles which need to be re-configured to fit costing.
6. Shipment and tracking of all samples sent to customer.
7. Detailed cataloguing of all fabric, trim, aesthetic details for all samples shipped.  
8. Maintenance of color cards and color card library.
9. Building of competitive reports and development boards for all ADM/AFM styles.

Rate of pay: $22.00 - $25.00 DOE
