Now we’re expanding, and we need a Florida-based Affiliate Marketing Manager to help us scale through performance-driven partnerships.
As the Affiliate Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for launching, managing, and scaling our affiliate and influencer partnerships including being a key person of contact for celebrity and brand collaborations. This role combines relationship-building with strategic performance marketing. You'll work closely with creators, publishers, well known influencers, and media outlets to drive new customer acquisition and revenue through the affiliate channel.
- Build and execute our affiliate marketing strategy from the ground up
- Recruit high-performing affiliates, influencers, bloggers, and media buyers
- Manage payouts, promotions, and performance tracking
- Develop creative briefs and promotional assets in collaboration with the content team
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, and contribution margin
- Collaborate with customer service and fulfillment teams for smooth partner and customer experience
- Stay up to date with affiliate trends in gifting, eCommerce, and niche verticals (pets, memorial, car lovers, etc.)
- Based in South Florida
- 3 years experience in affiliate or influencer marketing, ideally in eCommerce or CPG
- Strong understanding of affiliate platforms, tracking, and performance optimization
- Great communicator and natural relationship builder
- Strong analytical skills and experience using attribution tools like Triple Whale or Google Analytics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scrappy environment
