Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ultrasound Technologist located in Ringgold, GA. The Ultrasound Technologist will be responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic ultrasound procedures to assist in patient care. Daily tasks include executing imaging protocols, managing vascular and abdominal imaging, collaborating with radiologists, and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance. The professional will work closely with the healthcare team to deliver precise and reliable diagnostic results while ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout procedures.
Qualifications
- Certification or registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent credentials
- Knowledge and expertise in radiology and associated medical procedures
- Advanced certification with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)
- Experience with vascular and other related imaging techniques
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Commitment to patient care and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
- Completion of an accredited sonography or radiologic technology program
- Familiarity with medical imaging safety standards and protocols
