MFM Sonographer

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Sonographer to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound examinations, ensuring patient comfort, and providing accurate diagnostic information to assist in patient care. This role requires a strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical imaging techniques, particularly in the fields of maternal-fetal medicine and obstetrics/gynecology.

Duties

• Conduct ultrasound examinations to assess various medical conditions and monitor fetal development.
• Utilize appropriate sonographic techniques to capture clear images for diagnostic purposes.
• Maintain a sterile environment by applying aseptic techniques during procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to discuss findings and contribute to patient care plans.
• Ensure accurate documentation of procedures and patient information in compliance with medical standards.
• Provide exceptional patient care by explaining procedures, addressing concerns, and ensuring comfort throughout the examination process.
• Stay updated on advancements in sonography technology and best practices within the field.
