Responsibilities:
- Safely transport patients to and from medical appointments and facilities.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting patients with boarding and disembarking vehicles.
- Utilize shuttle driving skills to navigate various routes efficiently.
- Maintain vehicles in good condition through regular inspections and basic maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with patients and medical staff to ensure a smooth transportation experience.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in customer service roles
- Commercial driving experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with passengers
- Familiarity with maintenance checks and basic vehicle upkeep
- Paratransit or school bus driving experience a plus
