Position: Social Worker / Caseworker

All About U Adoptions is seeking a dedicated and flexible Social Worker/Caseworker to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who is a true self-starter ready to jump in the car at a moment’s notice, work independently in the field, and collaborate closely with our team to provide compassionate, reliable support to expectant moms and families.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide direct support to expectant mothers and families throughout the adoption process.
· Willing and able to travel within all three licensed states for home studies, post-placement visits, and other fieldwork; dependable transportation and adaptability are essential.
· Work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
· Assist with services at Nevaeh House and other community outreach efforts.
Requirements:
· Adoption experience (personal or professional) is required.
· Degree in Social Work or related field preferred (Social Worker title requires appropriate degree/licensure).
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
· Strong sense of initiative and the ability to adapt quickly.
Position Details:
