What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Receptionist position at All About Smiles?
The dental receptionist plays a key role in helping a dental practice achieve success. The dental receptionist is the first contact the patient has with the office. For that reason we are looking for a friendly, motivated, upbeat individual to add to our existing administrative staff. Professionalism is a must. Our perfect candidate will need to have previous experience in a dental practice, a professional and kind phone voice, and be extremely dependable. Organizational skills, an outstanding attendance record, the ability to follow through, excellant communication skills and a strong commitment to our team are all qualities that are necessary to be successful in this role.We have the perfect opportunity for the right candidate. The position does not require evenings or weekends. Applicants must be available to start work at 9:30am on Mondays, and 8:30 Tuesday through Thursday. Our normal work week is 32-37 hours per week. We offer a 401-K plan, paid time off, paid holidays and a uniform reimbursement program to full-time positions. Salary and benefits will be commensurate with your experience level.
