Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and 5S standards.
• Monitor ink and varnish viscosity and complete required documentation.
• Prepare inks, varnishes, hot melt, and substrates for production.
• Support ink adjustments, color registration, and printing quality checks.
• Identify and report printing defects and nonconforming products.
• Assist with cylinder changes, knife adjustments, and press cleaning.
• Maintain ink room organization and proper waste disposal.
• Train and assist the 3rd Press Operator as needed.
• Follow HACCP, GMP, BRC, and company procedures.
• Complete other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, technical degree, or equivalent experience.
• Two years of experience as an ink technician or press helper.
• Completion of Emsur's 3rd Press Operator training plan.
• Forklift operation and color measurement knowledge preferred.
• English proficiency, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
