Journeyman Electrician Lead
Location: New Hampshire

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician Lead to support a large-scale automation and robotics installation project in New Hampshire. The successful candidate will lead a crew of 10-12 electricians and technicians while overseeing the installation, wiring, and commissioning support of advanced automation systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a crew of 10-12 personnel.
- Install and terminate electrical systems for automation and robotics equipment.
- Install and route EMT conduit, cable tray, and basket systems.
- Perform power and control wiring for automated machinery and conveyor systems.
- Install and connect PLCs, control panels, and associated field devices.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and installation documents.
- Ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with project management and site personnel to maintain project schedule and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Active Journeyman Electrician License.
- OSHA 10 Certification.
- Experience with industrial electrical installations.
- Experience working with:
- 480V power systems
- 208V and 120V distribution systems
- 24V control wiring
- PLC systems
- Industrial automation equipment
- Conveyor and robotics installations
- Data communications infrastructure
- EMT conduit and cable tray systems
- Ability to supervise and lead field crews.
Work Schedule
- 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Approximately 10-hour shifts
- Overtime may be available based on project requirements.
Additional Information
- Immediate need for this position.
- Projected assignment length is 10-12 weeks.
- Additional site-specific safety training may be required prior to or during onboarding.
- Strong support structure provided by on-site project and installation teams.
Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour
