As a member of our dynamic team, you will provide exceptional services to children with developmental delays and autism, utilizing applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapies and specialized instruction. ResponsibilitiesProvide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children in their natural environments, including homes and community settingsBuild and maintain positive, therapeutic relationships with clients and their families, supporting them in their journey toward achieving personal milestones. Oversee programming of child to maintain data in the program book and graphing Implement individualized behavior intervention plans focusing on development and social engagement Work with team to increase skill acquisition while decreasing interfering behaviors Completing session note, documentation and progress reportingRequirementsMA/MS and New York State certification in any one of the following areas: Special Education Permanent Certificate Students with Disabilities Birth - Grade 2 Teacher for Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD) Teacher of the Speech and Hearing Handicapped (TSHH) Teacher of the Deaf/Vision Board Certified Behavior Analyst Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) All experience levels welcome to apply, strong understanding of ABA principles and early intervention techniques preferred Proficiency with computers and electronic billing systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and caregivers Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility and adaptability BenefitsWork for a company with over 30 years of experience in the field Flexible schedule - build a caseload that works for you!
