We're looking for a driven, people-first Sales Executive to own
the front end of our client experience — from the first inquiry to
a signed contract. If you love turning conversations into

About the Role
As a Sales Executive at All About Events, you are the first impression our
clients have of our brand. You'll manage incoming leads, build tailored rental
quotes, and guide each client confidently through our proven sales process, all the way to a secured reservation. Once the contract is signed, you, hand off to our Account Management team for flawless execution. This isn't a hard-sell role, it's a consultative one. Our clients are planning weddings, corporate events, and celebrations that matter to them. Your job is to listen, advise, and make the process feel effortless.
What You'll Do
Lead Management
- Respond to all new inquiries within 2 hours during business hours (next morning if after-hours)
- Qualify leads by collecting event date, guest count, venue, rental needs, and budget
- Prioritize pipeline by event date, order value, and urgency
- Identify upsell opportunities that genuinely enhance the client's event

Quote Development
- Build detailed, accurate rental quotes in Point of Rental software
- Align all quotes with company pricing standards and live inventory availability
- Confirm event details upfront to minimize revisions and delays
- Offer creative solutions that help clients achieve their vision within budget
Client Communication & Conversion
- Guide clients through every stage of the sales process with professionalism and warmth
- Follow up consistently according to our Sales SOP schedule
- Communicate urgency around limited inventory and booking windows
- Ensure clients fully understand contract terms and payment requirements
- Secure signed contracts and deposits to finalize each reservation
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain thorough, up-to-date records of all quotes, communications, and follow-ups
- Upload all client data and interaction history into the CRM promptly
- Track your own conversion rate, pipeline activity, and performance metrics
Who You Are
- Highly organized, you manage multiple clients simultaneously without dropping the ball
- A strong, clear communicator, in writing and over the phone
- Process-driven, you follow SOPs and see the value in consistency
- Motivated by results, conversion rates and performance metrics energize you
- A relationship builder, clients trust you quickly
- Comfortable with CRM tools and cloud-based software
- Previous experience in event sales, rentals, hospitality, or a quota-based sales role is a plus
