Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for children.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding child development and progress.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and incident reports.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in Early Childhood Education is a plus.
- Previous experience in a lead role within a child care setting preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Available to work full time Monday through Friday.
