• Personal Care Assistance – bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, hygiene
• Companionship & Homemaker Services – light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, errands, and conversation
• Specialized Care – Alzheimer’s/dementia support, hospice and comfort care, medication reminders, and safety monitoring
• Compassionate Presence – ensuring each client feels respected, valued, and cared for

(Hennepin, Ramsey, Anoka, Washington, Dakota, Scott & Carver Counties)

QualificationsRequired

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (home care, hospice, or facility setting)
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
• Current TB test and clear background check

Preferred

• Experience with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or end-of-life care
• CNA, HHA, or PCA certification (not required but a plus)

Pay & SchedulePay: $18.00 – $25.00 / hour (based on experience, certification, and shift)Schedule Options:

• Full-time or part-time
• Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
• Flexible scheduling
