We are hiring a Home Care Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our nursing team to support our clients in their homes. We offer world class home care with small community values. We are looking for Full-time Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse work with a 23 year-old female in her home. We welcome new grads and will train! We have several clients in the Twin Cities area.

Details for this client's case:
- 23 year old female with Congenital Myotubular Myopathy,
- Proposed schedule:
- Days: Monday and Fridays 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM - flexible
- Occasional Saturday shifts as needed
- Client lives in Farmington with her family.
Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and symptoms
- Assist with personal care activities, such as bathing, grooming, and feeding
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Perform various medical procedures based on patient needs
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
Requirements
Experience:- Work from a place of caring and honoring the dignity of all clients- RN or LPN Minnesota License- Ability to build rapport with patients- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
