We are searching for a New Patient Assistant (NPA) — the first clinical touchpoint of every new patient’s journey. This role is all about connection, hospitality, and precision — helping each patient feel seen, understood, and inspired from the moment they walk through our doors.
What You’ll Do
- Greet every new patient with warmth, confidence, and genuine enthusiasm
- Build trust and connection through conversation, empathy, and attentive listening
- Capture stunning clinical and portrait photos that tell each patient’s smile story
- Follow the New Patient Checklist with precision — ensuring every detail is complete
- Anticipate the needs of both patient and doctor; stay one step ahead in every interaction
- Manage and organize patient photos, documentation, and digital files
- Support the doctor and treatment coordinator in delivering a seamless “Before & After” journey
- Contribute to an environment rooted in calm confidence, teamwork, and WOW service

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- High emotional intelligence and ability to read social cues
- Detail-oriented with a love for process and consistency
- Comfortable with technology, photography, and patient documentation
- Calm under pressure and passionate about people
- Dental experience preferred but not required — we’ll train the right person who aligns with our brand and mission
