About the Role:
All Aboard Preschool & Childcare in Nottingham, NH is looking for passionate and nurturing Teachers to join their growing team! Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that support early childhood development
- Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment for all children
- Monitor and document children's developmental progress and milestones
- Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and guardians
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities to ensure safety
- Collaborate with fellow staff to maintain a positive and cohesive learning environment
- Follow all state childcare licensing regulations and center policies
Requirements:
- Experience in early childhood education, childcare, or a related field preferred but not required. Willing to train the right candidate.
- Knowledge of NH childcare licensing requirements and developmentally appropriate practices
- Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass a background check as required by state regulations
- Genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their growth
