YOUR ROLE

At Alkire Construction, we believe exceptional homes are built when exceptional builders have the time and support to focus on what matters most.

We've built a support structure that allows our Construction Managers to do exactly that.

We remove distractions so our builders can build.

That means you won't spend your days managing budgets, processing change orders, or buried in administrative paperwork. Our office team handles those responsibilities so you can stay focused on leading projects, serving clients, supporting our trade partners, and building exceptional homes.

Your role will focus on:

• Leading all phases of luxury custom home construction
• Building strong relationships with homeowners, architects, designers, and trade partners
• Maintaining exceptional quality throughout every phase of construction
• Solving problems proactively before they impact schedule or quality
• Taking ownership of every home as if it were your own

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The right person for this role is more than an experienced builder.

They're someone who takes pride in their work, communicates with integrity, and believes details matter.

They don't wait for problems to become emergencies.

They take ownership.

They build trust with homeowners.

They earn the respect of architects, designers, and trade partners.

Experience is important. Character is everything.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• 10 years of custom home construction experience from pre construction to owner delivery
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• The ability to anticipate challenges and solve problems proactively
• A commitment to craftsmanship and continuous improvement

Buildertrend or other project management software experience is a plus.

Professionalism, ownership, and pride in your work are essential.

• $110,000–$130,000 annual salary
• Performance bonus
