Alkina Realty is looking for a motivated and professional Licensed Showing Agent to join our growing real estate team. As a Showing Agent, you will be responsible for touring properties with prospective buyers, investors and renters, ensuring they receive top-tier service and guidance throughout the process.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Fair Housing laws and real estate regulations, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. While prior experience in real estate is preferred, we are open to candidates eager to learn and grow within the industry.

Responsibilities

✅ Show properties to potential buyers, renters, and investors, providing in-depth knowledge about listings.

✅ Assist clients in their real estate journey by answering questions and addressing concerns about properties.

✅ Coordinate and schedule showings efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

✅ Stay updated on local market conditions, trends, and pricing to provide valuable insights.

✅ Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and real estate regulations at all times.

✅ Maintain property listings, conduct open houses, and assist in marketing efforts.

✅ Collaborate with lead agents and brokers to facilitate smooth real estate transactions.

✅ Provide exceptional customer service, fostering strong relationships with clients and prospects.

✅ Keep accurate records of showings, client interactions, and feedback.

Qualifications

✔ Active Real Estate Salesperson License in the state of Pennsylvania

✔ Previous experience in real estate is a plus, but not required.

✔ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

✔ Excellent time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple showings.

✔ Ability to work independently while being a team player.

✔ Comfortable working with a diverse clientele and understanding their unique needs.

✔ Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.

✔ Reliable transportation for property showings conducted all over the city.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $10,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• On call
• Weekends as needed

• Real estate sales: 1 year (Preferred)
