- Set up and operate machines with high precision, managing multiple variables to produce tooling and parts.
- Perform welding and fabrication as required for tooling and equipment repair.
- Load raw materials, control machine cycles, and unload finished products.
- Handle frequent changeovers for short-run jobs requiring quick setup adjustments.
- Inspect products for multiple characteristics using standard measuring tools and make necessary process adjustments.
- Maintain accurate production records and logs of equipment and product performance.
- Build, repair, and maintain dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures to support production needs.
