Machine Operator / Production Associate
Location: Alkegen Manufacturing Facility Shifts Available: 1st Shift (Monday–Thursday)
We are hiring Machine Operators / Production Associates to set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment while maintaining safety and quality standards. On-the-job training is provided.

Machine Operator / Production Associate

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate machines according to work instructions
- Load and unload materials and monitor production quality
- Use basic measuring tools
- Adjust machine controls as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety and company policies
- Report equipment or quality issues to supervision
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math and communication skills
- Strong attention to safety
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Flexible to work in different roles
- Training provided for the position
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand, walk, bend, twist, push, and pull throughout shift
- Work in a noisy manufacturing environment
- 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
