Job Responsibilities:
- Process Improvement: Assist in the analysis and optimization of manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Technical Support: Provide support to production teams by troubleshooting equipment issues and recommending solutions to improve operational performance.
- Documentation: Help create and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flows.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design engineering, quality assurance, and production, to ensure smooth integration of new processes and technologies.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, measure performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Training: Assist in training production personnel on new processes, tools, and best practices to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Internship or relevant coursework experience in manufacturing engineering is preferred but not required.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and Lean principles.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with engineering software tools (e.g., CAD, data analysis software).
