Armed Security Officer – Sunday Shift

Location: Beaverton
Pay: $25-32
Schedule: Wednesday through Saturday 11:00-2100 (11am-9pm)

ALK Global Security Solutions is seeking a reliable and experienced Armed Security Officer

Preferred Experience

We are strongly interested in candidates with backgrounds in:

• Retired or former law enforcement
• Military service
• Armed security
• Hospital or behavioral healthcare security
• Crisis intervention and de-escalation

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional and visible armed security presence
• Protect patients, staff members, visitors, and hospital property
• Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols
• Monitor entrances, exits, parking areas, and other assigned locations
• Respond calmly and professionally to disturbances or emergencies
• Use verbal de-escalation whenever possible
• Complete required activity and incident reports
• Follow all hospital policies, post orders, and company procedures
• Contact law enforcement or emergency services when necessary

Requirements

• Must be legally eligible and properly qualified to work an armed security post
• Must possess or be able to obtain all required licenses and permits
• Must have a reliable duty firearm and required duty equipment
• Must successfully complete all required background checks
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be dependable and consistently available every Sunday
• Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
• Must be capable of remaining alert and handling stressful situations appropriately
• Former law enforcement, military, or substantial armed security experience is strongly preferred
