Experienced Carpenter

Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Construction Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and/or residential construction, be skilled in the use of hand and power tools, and be committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor including framing, demolition, concrete work, site preparation, and finishing tasks.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to project specifications.
• Assist with excavation, grading, and material handling.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Work closely with supervisors, contractors, and crew members to complete projects on schedule.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.

Skills

• Proficient in construction estimating and blueprint reading
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and various roofing materials
• Strong background in construction site experience and safety protocols
• Knowledge of concrete forming, fabrication, trim carpentry, stucco application, and frame carpentry
• Ability to perform caulking, tile laying, metal stud framing, plumbing tasks, and welding as needed
• Familiarity with restoration techniques for roofs and other structures
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
