ALIYA Healthcare is seeking an experienced Regional Business Office Manager to oversee business office operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities within an assigned region. As a key member of our team, you will ensure accurate billing, strong cash flow, regulatory compliance, and consistent business office performance while supporting and developing facility-level teams.

- Oversee business office operations for multiple ALIYA Healthcare facilities
- Ensure timely and accurate billing for Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and Private Pay
- Monitor accounts receivable, cash collections, and aging; implement corrective action plans as needed
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer billing regulations
- Coach, train, and support facility Business Office Managers and billing staff
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, performance management, and staff development
- Provide on-site and remote support to facilities to ensure consistency and best practices
- Review month-end close processes, audits, and reconciliations
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve revenue cycle performance
- Partner with MDS, Case Management, Admissions, and Nursing leadership to ensure accurate reimbursement
- Support Administrators with financial reporting and operational insights
- Prepare and support facilities during billing audits and surveys
- Ensure documentation, internal controls, and compliance standards are consistently met

- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Regional or multi-facility experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, UB-04 billing, and PDPM
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop teams
- Proficiency with EHR and billing systems (PointClickCare, MatrixCare, etc.)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to travel between ALIYA Healthcare facilities as needed
Salary : $75,000
