Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and create individualized nutrition plans to meet specific health goals
• Provide one-on-one consultations and education sessions to patients and their families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest nutrition trends and research to inform patient care
• Develop and maintain patient records and databases

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
• Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) certification or eligibility
• Minimum 2 years of experience in dietetics or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
