PRN opportunities providing home health care with flexible scheduling, competitive visit rates and mileage reimbursement.
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the provision of skilled nursing services to patients in the home care setting. Seeking RN's to provide visits in Duval, Clay, Baker, Nassau and St. John's counties.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent, preferred
- ASN Certificate is acceptable with appropriate experience
- Current Licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Florida
- Current State of Florida driver’s license with driving record acceptable to Alivia Care insurance carrier, and reliable transportation
- Current Auto Insurance coverage
- Current CPR certification
- Experience with OASIS documentation required
- Level II ACHA (Agency for Healthcare Administration Background Screening
- Bi-lingual Spanish a plus
