About Alivia AnalyticsAlivia Analytics builds advanced healthcare analytics and fraud detection software for state health agencies and commercial health plans. In addition to supplying the software, Alivia also offer services to these health plans aimed at identifying fraud, waste, and abuse on their behalf. We work directly with Departments of Health, Medicaid divisions, and Special Investigation Units (SIUs) to support data-driven investigations and healthcare payment integrity. You will be working closely with Lucas Gallardo, Senior Vice President of Sales — a results-driven leader known for fast-paced execution and strong sales discipline. About the RoleWe’re hiring a motivated Enterprise Sales Development Representative (Healthcare & Government) to support outbound communication, lead generation, and appointment setting for our sales organization. This role focuses on contacting government healthcare agencies and commercial insurers to schedule meetings and demonstrations for the sales organization. Ideal candidates are confident communicators, strong writers, and capable of managing multiple outreach threads in a fast-moving environment. Training will consistently be provided. Compensation 80k-95k Base Salary125k-135k OTEWhat You’ll DoOutbound Outreach• Call state Departments of Health, Medicaid program integrity offices, and similar agencies• Email government contacts to secure meetings, demos, and introductions• Reach out to commercial health insurance SIUs to coordinate discussions with investigative teams• Maintain a consistent volume of daily outbound calls and emails Sales Support• Schedule demos and meetings for the sales organization• Update CRM entries and maintain accurate outreach logs• Assist with research, list building, and follow-up communication• Provide general administrative support for sales initiatives Events & Travel• Fully remote role with optional travel to healthcare and analytics conferences• Assist with booth operations, networking, and lead capture when traveling• Represent the company professionally at events What We’re Looking ForPeople who love to learn about salesStrong phone communication skills and confidence speaking with executivesExcellent written/email communicationHighly organized, reliable, and detail-orientedFast learner comfortable with healthcare and software conceptsAble to thrive in a high-expectation, fast-paced sales environmentWilling to work standard East Coast (EST) business hoursNice to Have• Experience in SaaS or software sales• Previous work with government agencies or health insurers• Understanding of SIUs, compliance, or fraud detection• CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)• Conference or event experienceCompany DescriptionAlivia Analytics is helping customers Achieve Healthcare Payment Integrity, Finally.
