At Alive Print Shop, we help businesses, clothing brands, schools, nonprofits, and events create premium custom apparel, headwear, and promotional products that leave a lasting impression.
We’re looking for an energetic, relationship-driven salesperson who enjoys talking with people, solving problems, and helping customers bring their ideas to life.

What You’ll Do
- Respond quickly to inbound B2B leads from our website, phone, email, and marketing campaigns
- Build relationships with business owners, marketing teams, schools, nonprofits, event organizers, and clothing brands
- Guide customers through apparel, headwear, and promotional product options
- Create professional quotes and proposals
- Manage your pipeline inside GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM
- Keep opportunities organized with detailed notes, tasks, and follow-up reminders
- Follow up consistently until projects are won
- Work closely with our design and production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Recommend products that help customers elevate their brand
- Stay current on apparel trends, decoration methods, and new product offerings
Required Qualifications
- Strong phone communication skills
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Comfortable using CRM software (GoHighLevel experience is a major plus)
- Excellent organization and time management
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Strong follow-up habits
- Comfortable working toward sales goals and KPIs

- Canva
- Graphic design experience
- Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
- Custom apparel industry experience
- Screen printing knowledge
