JOB TITLE:           Outpatient Clinical Assistant

STATUS:             Regular Full-Time

HOURS:                 Hours are between 7am – 7pm, Monday – Friday

Some weekends may be required.  Flexibility between 7am – 7pm is necessary as schedules align with patient scheduled times.  Shifts are typically up to 10 hours, longer shifts may be required at times.  Availability to work this schedule is a requirement of the position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: (Job Description Available Upon Demand)

• Supports and implements the practice mission and strategic vision within their respective departments.
• Handles confidential information requiring professional discretion and compliance with protected health information, data integrity and security policies.
• Operates medical devices and treatment including TMS, EEG, Ketamine and others, providing direct patient care.
• Administers and scores ratings scales.
• Documents patient visits in the Electronic Health Record.
• Assists in maintaining accurate Electronic Health Records.
• Other clinical or administrative duties as assigned to meet practice needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:  High School Diploma | College Degree or Certification (LPN, CMA, or CNA) preferred | Familiar with EMR & PM System | Medical Terminology | TMS Machine (Will Train), Electronic Manometer, Thermometer & Scale | Attendance Is Essential Of This Position | Proficient in Microsoft Platforms 

EXPERIENCE:  Previous Medical Clinic Experience Preferred

COMPENSATION:  $19
