ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform to support business processes, drive automation, and improve operational efficiency. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a key part in enhancing our ITSM/ITOM/HRSD (or specify relevant modules) capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows
• Implement and support ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM (customize as needed)
• Develop custom scripts, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and integrations
• Maintain platform health, performance, and security
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Support upgrades, patching, and ongoing platform enhancements
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support on ServiceNow functionality
• Create and maintain technical documentation and solution designs

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer (typically 2–5 years)
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow scripting: Glide API, JavaScript, Jelly, AngularJS
• Experience with Flow Designer, Service Portal, and UI customization
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems (REST, SOAP, MID Server)
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) are highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow Scoped Applications
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Implementation Methodology
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments
• Additional ServiceNow certifications (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Discovery, CMDB, etc.)
