Your role, your impact
As an Oracle Cloud Time and Labor Senior Consultant, you’ll bring domain, functional, and technical expertise to Oracle HRMS (HCM) modules, primarily Time and Labor. You’ll provide functional expertise on projects and initiatives involving these modules, including their integration with internal and external boundary applications. With a successful track record and prior related business experience, you’ll play a key role in delivering impactful solutions.
Travel to client sites is required up to 25% of the time.
Your day-to-day
Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Cloud functionality;
Configure Oracle Cloud application to meet client requirements and document application set-ups;
Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions;
Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions;
Define testing scenarios, develop test scripts and support clients test execution;
Develop end-user documentation and training materials, and deliver training;
Communicate effectively, drive project deliverables and provide status and issue reports to the project manager;
Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions.
Keys to your success
Bachelor’s degree;
Experience with the business processes in HR modules, specifically Time and Labor;
Strong written and oral communication skills;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
Ability to plan work effort, manage priorities and work effectively in a team environment;
Keen attention to detail.
Extra edge
Oracle cloud experience;
Previous implementation lead experience, ideally with HCM;
Experience with additional modules, (Payroll, HR Core, Benefits, Payroll, Absence).
