Your role, your impact
As an Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Senior Consultant, you’ll drive successful Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations by providing expert guidance throughout the entire project lifecycle. In this senior consulting role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, mapping business processes to Oracle functionality, configuring solutions, and ensuring seamless deployment of Payroll, Time, and Labor modules.

Travel to client sites is required up to 25% of the time.
Your day-to-day
- Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll projects;
- Lead clients through the full implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering to go-live;
- Configure application functionality and assist with testing to ensure quality delivery;
- Advise clients on best practices and map business processes to Oracle-delivered functionality;
- Communicate project deliverables clearly and drive progress toward milestones;
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery models.
Keys to your success
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Functional Lead role;
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills;
- Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in remote and client-facing environments.
- Professional certifications such as PHR, CCP, FPC, or CPP;
- Oracle HCM Cloud or EBS experience.
