What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Marketing Associate (Alisal Ranch) position at Alisal Guest Ranch & Resort?
This full-time position reports to our Marketing Manager and supports the execution of the overall digital marketing strategy for Alisal Ranch. Responsibilities include: Contributes to the annual digital marketing plan, including social media, email marketing and website management/administration; Develops social media content calendar and implements across all channels; Creates and publishes all social media content; Responds and engages with all guests via social media; Executes influencer partnership program; Execution of email marketing programs and campaigns; Oversight of website for maintenance, content development and functionality management; Serves as website administrator. Collaborates with digital marketing agency, as needed, for all development tasks; and other duties as assigned. Requires college degree preferably in marketing, business, or communications.
Must be proficient in Adobe, Microsoft programs, CRM, email, social media platforms, and have strong writing abilities. Wordpress experience preferred. Compensation: $19.00-28.00 per hour DOE.
