What are the responsibilities and job description for the High School Wrestling Coach position at Aliquippa Jr/Sr High School?
Aliquippa School District is seeking a dedicated and motivated Wrestling Coach to lead and develop our student-athletes both on and off the mat. The ideal candidate will foster teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship while building a competitive program that supports the academic and personal growth of all participants.
Qualifications:

Previous wrestling coaching and/or wrestling experience preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to mentor student-athletes and promote academic success

Must meet all PIAA and district coaching requirements, including clearances
Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct practices and conditioning sessions

Teach wrestling techniques, strategies, and rules of the sport

Promote teamwork, respect, and positive sportsmanship

Oversee the safety and well-being of all athletes

Communicate with athletic director, families, and staff
