Overview:
We are looking for motivated Field Technicians to support onsite IT operations. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on technical experience in the field.
- Key Responsibilities:Set up and install computer hardware and equipment
- Provide basic onsite technical support
- Assist with network components such as switches
- Provide professional, customer-focused onsite support; assess issues accurately and coordinate with the appropriate teams when escalation is needed
- Learn and grow within IT infrastructure support
- Qualifications:Interest in IT or related field
- Hands-on, eager to learn attitude
- Ability to work onsite and handle physical setup tasks
Expectations:
- Travel to different healthcare locations to provide basic, hands-on IT support
- Set up computers, laptops, and printers for new and existing employees
- Help troubleshoot simple tech issues (logins, equipment not working, Wi-Fi, etc.)
- Assist with installing and updating devices and software
- Support staff with everyday technology questions in a friendly, helpful way
- Learn on the job and gain real-world IT experience in a fast-paced environment
- Create and update tickets to track issues and resolutions
- Escalate more complex problems to senior IT team members when needed
- Stay organized while managing tasks across multiple locations
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude in a healthcare setting
- Additional Details:Fully onsite role
- Entry-level (Level 1)
- Early performance evaluation required after 30 days
