In this role, you will:
- Prepare and review individual, partnership, S corporation, and corporate tax returns.
- Assist with tax planning, research, and client advisory projects.
- Manage multiple tax engagements while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Communicate directly with clients to gather information, answer questions, and provide updates.
- Research federal and state tax issues and summarize findings for managers and partners.
- Support the development of junior team members through guidance and review.
- Identify opportunities to improve client service and support broader engagement needs.
- Collaborate with managers, partners, and other team members throughout the tax process.
What We're Looking For:
- 3 years of public accounting tax experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA or EA designation preferred, or actively pursuing.
- Experience preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns.
- Strong understanding of federal and state tax regulations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and client service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines during busy periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
