In this role, you will:
- Provide administrative and office support approximately 16 hours per week (2 days per week).
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and incoming calls, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and coordinating document delivery.
- Assist with client onboarding, document collection, and engagement letters.
- Maintain organized electronic files and administrative documentation.
- Support the accounting team with day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects.
- Monitor office supply inventory, coordinate vendor orders, and help maintain an organized office environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations and exceptional client service.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
What we're looking for:
- Availability to work approximately 16 hours per week (2 days per week).
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced office environment.
- Professional, friendly demeanor with strong customer service and phone skills.
- Experience in an administrative role; experience in a CPA firm or professional services environment is a plus.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
